Returns & Refunds

All sales are final but should anything arrive damaged please let us know right away and we’ll do our best to remedy the situation. Email Lauren@LalaArtBar.co.za, quoting your order number if you are unhappy with your purchase.

All classes are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Delivery Policy

Once we receive your order, we will courier your Art Box to you in one to seven business days. You also have the option of collecting from us in Bishopscourt if that suits you. We currently only deliver to physical addresses within South Africa, but international shipping quotes are available on request.

We will make every effort to deliver the order on time, but it is not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays for reasons beyond our control. If you are in a hurry or have a special request (like gift wrapping, or sending along a personalised note), send us an email and we will see what we can do. 

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Any loss of goods because of an incorrect shipping address will not be refunded.

Delivery Charges

We charge a flat rate of R85 for deliveries across South Africa.

Orders valued over R750 qualify for free delivery.

You can choose to collect your order from us in Cape Town, when checking out, at no additional charge.

Art Class Indemnity Form

Please be advised that parents will be required to download and complete an indemnity form for art class attendees. The indemnity form can be found here.

Methods of Payment

When checking out, we offer the following methods of payment:

1. Electronic Funds Transfer: Make a payment directly into our bank account. You will receive our bank details when checking out and by email after you have placed the order. Please send proof of payment to lauren@lalaartbar.co.za, using the Order Number as the reference. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared in our account.
2. Pay securely online using a credit or debit card via PayFast, a trusted South African payment gateway: When checking out, choose PayFast as your payment method. You will then be able to pay online using your debit or credit card; Instant EFT or Zapper.
